Hello ladies and gentleman!

It’s Eddie, the guy in charge of Eddie’s Copywriting and Marketing Centre and Eddie’s Enterprises here on the Gold Coast.

Today I just want to bring you up to date on the Global Business Mentoring Program I’m doing.

I’m three months in which is fantastic!

This month (the third month) was all about “Growing your business” which were

1. To get more customers of that type you want

2. Get those customers to come back more often

3. Increase the average value of each sale

4. Get more effective at the business processes

While I tend to read a lot of these strategies and practice and action some of them I think one of some of the key things and pilot light for me I picked up from this months mentoring was

1. I need to be more effective at the business processes and systems

2. I need to drill down and focus on my unique core differentiator’s and I need to reposition ECMC and Eddie’s Enterprises as we provide a lot more value and services than just copywriting.

Another thing I was reminded of is that most of us in business use these strategies individually when we really should be using together as one so that one hit the nail on the head for me as well.

On a personal note doing this mentoring program has been a great way to help me develop and expand my mindset, new opportunities and re-invent myself after 13 years on business.

I think we are always reinventing and have to reinvent to get where we want to go and as an avid fan of Kurek Ashley like him I believe you either “Evolve or dissolve” in life and business.

So that’s why I’ve undertaken this Global Business Mentoring program.
