Hi! February Lead Generation Strategies

As business owners you and I both know these days we need more than just one source of lead generation for our business.

So, over the next few bulletin blast editions you’re in for a treat because I’ll be sharing some of most popular lead generation strategies I and others use  that you can put to work in your own business as well. Some may be strategies you’ve heard or used before. Some may work for you, some may not but if your sick high priced advertising that brings little or no results you owe it to yourself and your business to at least test them.

Okay here’s five lead generation strategies for February.

1. Preferred Customer Card.

This is a small card about the size of a business card I use and send to my customers who have spent a certain amount of money with me. This helps turn one times buyers into two, three and more times buyers and entitles my customers to specific services and price savings from Eddie’s Copywriting & Marketing Centre.

2. Use fax broadcasts.

In this day and age of electronic media, some businesses are receiving quite good results using fax broadcasts on their acquisition (new customer campaigns) and their back-end (previous customers campaigns). Something to at least consider.

3. Online Forums.

I’ll say it once and I’ll say it again. “People love to buy, but hate to be sold.” Based on my experiences, taking part, offering your opinion and giving advice where people are asking for it and not selling in online forums is invaluable to helping build relationships with people around the corner or around the world. It also helps position you as the go to expert in your chosen field and helps drive brand awareness.

4. Write a report and give strategic alliances permission to rebrand it as their own.

Step 1. First write a report that your target audience would find useful. 11 Tips to writing a company brochure as an example.

Step 2. Let one or more strategic alliance services you have know that they can rebrand your report as their own and offer it to their clients. In my case I could offer my report to printers, website design and development companies, network groups, media, marketing service companies, online forums and a few more businesses.

Step 3. The only requirement for them to rebrand your report and use it as their own is to make sure the report still has your web links in it.

5. Create traffic and leads with your Email signature files.

We all receive, read and reply to plenty of emails each day so instead of just having your name, logo and contact details on the bottom of your emails let’s help drive some traffic to your website and build your database with a percentage of qualified prospects.

Just include something of value for people that’s free on your website or that people have to phone you for.

You can just about apply this concept to any nearly any product or service and the benefits of this are:

• People who download your report or ring are putting their hand up saying I am interested so they are qualified prospects to a point.

• It helps position your business as the go to experts

• It helps build your database with the right type of people to put in your marketing funnel.

• It helps drives ‘Top Of Mind’ brand awareness.
